My sewing machine was acting up last night and I fiddled with it for quite sometime before discerning that it was broken beyond repair. As a last resort and out of pure frustration, I asked Donnie...my little engineer to check it out.
Diagnosis: I had threaded the bobbin incorrectly.
Donnie said it wasn't an engineering issue, but an issue of common sense.
The machine works perfectly now and I pieced together several blocks before going to bed.
I do have to say that I would've given anything to have a picture of Donnie 'sewing'. It was funny.
