Reese called me today. His trip is not turning out as well as he'd planned. The pool was shut down at the hotel due to the weather, so they didn't get to swim.
In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off in the hotel they're staying in and everyone had to evacuate the building.
There was no fire.
The alarm went off two more times before the issue was resolved.
And to top it all off...they didn't get to go to Six Flags. Most of the rides were shut down because of the weather. When I spoke to Reese, they were on their way to the mall to kill some time before they have to head back home.
Poor kids.
